After finishing Anastasia Virsaladze Art Gymnasium, film and theatre directing faculty I graduated from the film directing faculty at Georgian Technical University. Starting my career in television I have over 15 years of experience editing digital video stories and multimedia content. Currently, I work in the South Caucasus media organization Go Group Media/Jam-News as a director, editor and cinematographer. In 2019 I launched my film company “Studio CHVEN”. In 2018 I submitted my first feature documentary film project I HAVE NO WINGS to CinéDOC-Summer School. In December 2020, the film had its world premiere in London at the Lift-Off Global Network Film Festival in the debut section. In 2021, the Georgian premiere took place at CinéDOC-Tbilisi Film Festival, was shown at the 22nd Tbilisi International Film Festival, as well as at several international film festivals abroad. It received awards for best documentary at the Tokyo International Film Festival in Japan, the Wallachia International Film Festival in Romania, and an Honorable Mention at the Deep Focus Film Festival in the United States. IDENTITY IN PROCESS – my second film project, won the Development Award at the Civil Pitch 2019.
